Information we collect
We may collect account details such as your email address, Instagram handle, display name, profile photo, follower count, and login/session information.
We may collect content and campaign information such as tagged content, thumbnails, media links, captions, brand invitations, Paid Usage Rights status, Meta Partnership Ads status, ad attribution, spend, performance, commissions, and payout records.
We may collect support messages, product sample requests, shipping details for samples, payout details you provide, and technical information such as device, browser, usage, logs, cookies, and similar identifiers.
How we use information
We use information to create and secure creator accounts, send login codes and invitations, show brand requests, verify rights, operate ads and reporting workflows, calculate commissions, process payouts, prevent fraud, provide support, and improve Social Gems.
We also use information to comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms and platform policies.
How we share information
We share creator and campaign information with the brands whose programs you join or interact with, including information needed to review content, launch ads, calculate royalties, and manage requests.
We share information with service providers that help us operate the platform, such as hosting, analytics, email delivery, storage, payments, security, and ad or social platform integrations.
We may disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of assets.
